Every message is read and answered by a person.

### What to write about

- **An error on a page.** Give the licence number or the UBI. If
the mistake is ours we fix it; if it is in the state data we say so and point
you at L&I.
- **A bond or policy that is recorded but shows as missing.**
That happens when a filing is late or sits under another entity. Tell us and we
will note it on the page.
- **A suspension that reads as current.** If your registration
was suspended in the past and is not now, the page should say so — if it does
not, that is a bug and we want it.
- **Bulk checks or the API** — the form on
[the bulk page](/pro.md) reaches us faster.
